Roy’s will present an encore of their very successful Vegan Night at Aeon Mall Okinawa Rycom. The first Vegan Night, which took place on Sept. 25, exceeded expectations with all seats selling out a week before the event.
Once again under the direction of Chef Naoya Oshiro, Roy’s will present vegan specialties representing the great Pacific Rim, including vegetable gyoza with sriracha sauce, island tofu and wheat gluten burgers – and of course a great selection of salads and other vegetable dishes. As always, an evening at Roy’s includes a breezy tropical ambience reflecting Roy’s Hawaii origins as well as live piano music. Early reservations are recommended.
