Date: Saturday-Monday, Oct. 11-13, 2014
Time: 11:00-21:00
Place: Onoyama General Athletic Park (Naha City)

The Naha Great Tug-of-War Festival is famous not only for its tug-of-war held on Route 58 and the parade featuring a traditional banner performance along Kokusai Street. Two more events, the RBC (Ryukyu Broadcasting Corporation) Civic Festival and Orion Beer Paradise, will be going on simultaneously with the three-day Naha Great Tug-of-War Festival. Held at Onoyama General Athletic Park, near Naha Airport, the concurrent events offer an array of entertainment for the whole family and a number of stalls providing food, drinks and fun activities.

As on-site parking is not available, it is recommended that visitors utilize public transportation for this festival, such as monorail, bus or taxi.

*About a five-minute walk from Onoyama Koen Station, and a three-minute walk from Tsuboya Station (Okinawa Urban Monorail)
