The rainy season is over shortly, and summer has arrived! The long, hot Okinawan summer culminates in Okinawa’s signature summer event—the All-Island Eisa Festival & Orion Beer Festival—which will take place this year from September 12 to 14. But long before that, the much-anticipated Eisa Night series starts June 15, 2024!

These popular events feature 20-minute performances by various youth Eisa groups from Okinawa City. The shows begin at 7:00 PM and usually wrap up around 8:30 PM. Don’t miss this chance to experience the vibrant traditional dance of Okinawa's summer—Eisa!
