Tedako Festival


"Tedako" means "son of the sun" in the Okinawan dialect and was a name commonly used for the king during the Ryukyu Kingdom era. The festival program is filled with fun events, including eisa shows, traditional and street dance competitions, a karaoke contest, fireworks and much more.
