“Tō Majun Mōrana 2025” celebrates Okinawan Spirit!
Experience the vibrant energy of Okinawa at “Tō Majun Mōrana 2025,” an exhilarating event featuring Eisa dance taking place in Urasoe next weekend!
The event name means “Let’s all get together” in the Okinawan dialect, and that’s exactly what it’s all about. Traditional Eisa groups from across the region will unite at Urasoe Culture Park, also known as ANA Sports Park, for a day of rhythm, culture, and community.
At the event, visitors can savor delicious bites from local food trucks and vendor stalls, and relax in family-friendly areas with open space and rest zones perfect for all ages. The excitement peaks at 20:40 with a joyful “kachaashii” dance, followed by a dazzling 10-minute fireworks finale at 20:50.
