This uniquely shaped beach in the northern corner of the park has beautiful white sand and a spectacular view of the cobalt blue ocean. It has been selected as one of Japan's best 100 bathing beaches, with its water ranked grade A by the Japanese Ministry of Environment.

At the annual Ocean Expo Park Summer Festival, a sunset concert starts off an evening at the beach that is climaxed by the spectacle of 10,000 fireworks lighting up the night sky.

The beach is large enough to accommodate over 3,000 people at a time. This is said to be the only beach in the country that is surrounded by a lagoon.
