A popular Okinawa soba shop in an old Okinawan-style house with a tile roof located on “Okinawa Soba Road” (Highway 84), where soba shops are engaged in fierce competition to attract business. With people waiting in line almost every day, the shop closes at around 3 p.m., when the soba is usually sold out. Popular among customers is soki soba, which is topped with large stewed pork spareribs.
