Onna no Eki (Onna station)

This place is worth a visit to sample a variety of local fare, from fresh vegetables to the catch of the day as well as reasonably priced meals at adjoining eateries that offer deep-fried pig’s feet, fish cakes, sata andagi and other snacks. Available in the seafood section are marine products from Onna Village including umi budo (sea grapes), asa (sea lettuce), fresh sashimi and baked mussels with sea urchin sauce (¥120 per piece).

Ice cream and shaved ice generously topped with seasonal fruits are popular at Ryubin.
