Artful food & drink with a gallery view

Janosz was created by Bokunen Naka and is located just next to the prominent Okinawan woodblock master's Mihama American Village gallery. The menu features nouvelle cuisine made from fresh local ingredients and includes steaks, benibuta (prime local pork) cutlets, seafood dishes, curry, pasta, paella and more. A large selection of alcoholic beverages is available as is a nightly “flair” bartender performance in which master bartenders use showmanship to mix enticing creations to the delight of customers.
