Ramen heaven in Ginowan. Noodles made fresh every day right in the store!

Slippery noodles plucked with chopsticks from rich soup and garnished with slabs of char siu and vegetables is a delicacy that knows no borders. The two Naha branches of this popular eatery still enjoy long lines, and the newest Ginowan location has gained quite a following of its own. The delicious noodles are handmade in the store, but the heart of all ramen is the soup. This shop features all the classics, from plain shoyu, miso and a favorite among Americans, rich tonkotsu (rendered pork bone juices). Soup and noodles may be ordered mixed or separately for dipping.
