Healthy, delicious and different—try shabu-shabu!
At this restaurant patrons cook high-quality meat, vegetables and other fresh ingredients one at a time with a swish of their chopsticks in a pot of hot soup to make unique cook-it-yourself shabu-shabu. Soups come in four choices: spicy (with soy base), tomato, mixed herb and kelp. When your meat and veggies are gone, you can add noodles or rice to the soup for a delicious second course. Convenient set menus and banquet plans are available including a delectable crab and gourmet kuroge wagyu beef course (¥2,980 per person).
