At Glass House in the Forest in the northern city of Nago, you can watch glass artisans at work and even try your hand at glassblowing with the help of one of the artists (from ¥1,620 / Reservations for glass making required). Don't forget to take a look at the shop, which stocks over 200 types of colorful Ryukyu glassware.This place is a 30-minute drive from the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.

A large collection of bashofu products are on display and available for purchase on the first floor along with documents and films introducing the bashofu production process, while on the second floor visitors can actually see the textile being made.
